Mark Rider is a senior commercial growth leader in CPG and foodservice with deep operating experience across grocery retail, DSD, and distribution strategy.
He has led commercial strategy inside branded and innovation-driven programs across frozen, refrigerated, shelf-stable, and beverage categories — navigating everything from distributor negotiations and broker management to pricing architecture and promotional velocity.
Mark has operated inside acquisition environments, managed retail expansion, and built margin structures that support sustainable scale — not just door count growth.
He understands the difference between distribution and disciplined expansion.
